Liz is the owner of TANUN Counseling and Consulting, LLC. Tanun is an ancient Greek word meaning "Now, at the present". Liz holds the belief that the only place to begin is in the present, yet we must do so in light of the significance of what has proceeded. This name was chosen intentionally, as she believes that everything that has happened in your past plays a part in who and where you are. And the story does not end there. When we look back at our personal histories we often find areas that need to be uprooted, healed, or both. Liz believes that through the avenues of counseling, consulting, and speaking, she can assist people on their journey to awareness, healing, and change. She believes that when we address the parts of our lives that need healing, we begin to see wholeness in other parts of our lives- personally, professionally, relationally, and spiritually.
